At Centennial Advisory Group, we respect your need for confidentiality as a prospective candidate and we do not "float" your resume across the industry looking for a match. In fact, we will not present your background until we have had an in-depth conversation about both your credentials and our client's search engagement. There are certain times when we must keep our client's identity private, especially when our assignment involves the replacement of an incumbent executive.
